How Can I Add Managed Shared Hosting To My Account?Just contact our billing department at 1-888-433-4245, and indicate that you would like to add the managed shared service to your account. If you call in for general support, please ask your support representative for more information. You may also add this service through your Customer Account Page. For new account orders, please be sure to check this option during the checkout process. What Are The Limitations of Managed Shared Hosting?Managed shared hosting provides support of all items listed above. For any needed upgrades to scripts, open source web apps, etc., we recommend that you allow our managed shared hosting support team to perform them for you.
