How Much Does It Cost?

Managed shared hosting is $39.95 per month in addition to the cost of your regular hosting account. This is a month to month service.  If you decide after a couple of months of utilizing this service that you don't need it any longer, just let us know and we will remove the feature for you.

How Can I Add Managed Shared Hosting To My Account?

Just contact our billing department at 1-888-433-4245, and indicate that you would like to add the managed shared service to your account. If you call in for general support, please ask your support representative for more information. You may also add this service through your Customer Account Page.  For new account orders, please be sure to check this option during the checkout process.

What Are The Limitations of Managed Shared Hosting?

Managed shared hosting provides support of all items listed above. For any needed upgrades to scripts, open source web apps, etc., we recommend that you allow our managed shared hosting support team to perform them for you.  We will be able to monitor the installation/upgrade and correct any issues that may arise.  We designed our managed shared support team to work with you.

You can rest easy knowing that your website is well taken care of. On any given month if you exceed your 2 hour limit of administration time, with your approval, iHosturDOmain will continue working to solve your issues at a discounted rate of $60/hour.
